ONE PROGRAM. THE WHOLE JOB.
Explore the software.
See how MeasureClose is being built to connect your office, your in-home sales team and the work that follows.
Two workspaces.
One MeasureClose.
For flooring companies, bathroom & shower remodelers, and teams that do both.
Software Coming SoonCustomers & appointments
Give every visit a clear starting point.
Bring the lead, customer and project together before the estimator arrives. The Main Office tour shows the pipeline, customer and project history, and the appointment calendar.
- Keep customer details and project history in one place.
- Organize appointments and estimator assignments.
- Review the job’s stage and the information needed for the visit.
Measuring & site details
Capture the home and the work it needs.
Use the Field workspace to build the measured scope during the in-home visit. Room diagrams, dimensions and existing conditions give the estimate a shared foundation.
- Draw and name rooms, enter dimensions and arrange the layout.
- Record existing floors, subfloors, baseboards, furniture and openings.
- Keep project notes and photos with the scope being measured.
Estimates & proposals
Turn measured scope into a clear customer presentation.
Select products, build options and review material and labor estimates before preparing the proposal. The estimator stays in control: rules suggest, the estimator decides.
- Review product selections, quantities, pricing and carpet-cut planning.
- Keep flooring and shower scopes organized in separate options within the same project.
- Prepare each option’s estimate and proposal for customer review.
In the Field tour, the flooring and guest-shower proposals are previews. Both remain unsigned and no payment is collected.
Office handoff & production
Carry the agreed scope into the next stage of the job.
Save Project keeps work locally on the tablet, including offline work on a prepared project. When connected, Sync All deliberately uploads it for office review and production follow-through.
- Review received drawings, estimates and proposal totals in Main Office.
- Coordinate production status, material readiness and work orders.
- Keep crew instructions and the job’s approved scope together.
The work order in the tour is a fictional draft. The office review follows the Field upload; it does not imply continuous background syncing.
Payments & job records
Follow what was agreed, requested and recorded.
Keep the payment schedule and financial follow-up alongside the job. The Main Office tour shows payment requests, a ledger, balances and items that need reconciliation review.
- Review installments, recorded payments and outstanding balances.
- Keep agreements and approval records connected to the project.
- Review commission records with estimated, eligible and paid amounts distinguished.
The payment example remains requested and unreconciled. It does not demonstrate a completed transaction. Broader payout and accounting workflows are in development.
Job costing & profit review
Understand the numbers behind the job.
Follow the sold estimate alongside recorded and committed project costs, and review the projected gross margin. The Sold Cost Baseline preserves the estimated cost and expected margin at the time of sale.
- Keep the original sold-cost baseline for comparison.
- See recorded and committed costs alongside the sold estimate.
- Review projected margin as the job’s financial records develop.
Comparing sold margin with completed production results is part of the ongoing programming effort. Its purpose is to help the company learn from each job and improve the next estimate. The tour’s example has no recorded costs yet, so its projected margin is not a completed-job profit result.
